The below-signed groups represent a broad range of grassroots organizations in Colorado; many work to register, engage and turn out voters, some work to safeguard our systems by watchdogging the election process, and many have been leaders in the work to modernize, secure, and improve Colorado’s election system to become among the strongest in the nation.
Over the next five days, our groups will continue engaging and turning out Coloradans to vote, because we know just how important it is that all Coloradans are heard in the democratic process. Voters can rest assured that their votes, whether cast in person or by mail ballot, will be counted and tabulated accurately.
Our groups speak with one voice in affirming that Colorado’s election system is secure and accurate. There are many layers of security built into Colorado elections that have been innovated and stress-tested over many years and many elections. Our elections are upheld as among the most secure in the nation, setting the example for many other states that have adopted our innovative security reforms. All of our safeguards ensure that every piece of equipment is secured and tightly monitored, every ballot received is counted according to voter intent, and that our election results accurately reflect the will of the voters.
